The Top 5 Brunch Deals That Include Coffee

The Top 5 Brunch Deals That Include Coffee

February 11, 2022

We've tackled the big questions here at www.bottomlessbros.com — what neighborhood should you brunch in, where should we brunch next, are people who write articles mocking brunch total hacks? But sometimes we're here to answer smaller, incredibly specific ones, like — can I get a free coffee with this whole thing?

Now, we'd generally advise caffeinating yourself before arriving to drink a redacted number of mimosas, but sometimes life gets in the way and you've gotta enjoy these fine beverages side by side. Unfortunately, this usually means shelling out yet more money at what even we'd admit can be a pretty pricey meal. But not always! Thanks to years of brunching, we've identified the precious few spots in DC where a cup of joe's included in the bottomless deal. So without further adieu, here are the top (and sadly, only!) five:
Sequoia

#5

Sequoia

Frankly, this isn't that impressive — at $65 for a brunch, you'd better throw in coffee.
Agora

#4

Agora

We should caveat this ranking with the admission we haven't actually gone yet. (Gotta work our way through the bucket list!) Still, on principle we're putting it ahead of the $65 spot.
Laredo

#3

Laredo

Laredo's got one of the most comprehensive brunch deals in the city — your $34.99 even gets you a fruit salad, apparently — but for our purposes, let's focus on the coffee.
Ottoman Taverna

#2

Ottoman Taverna

Points are in order for offering not merely coffee, but Turkish tea, as well.
Medium Rare

#1

Medium Rare

Our clear winner, though, is Medium Rare -- $27.99 would be an incredible all-inclusive price for merely mimosas and a meal, but with the inclusion of coffee and sodas, you can stay caffeinated well beyond the stated two-hour limit.

Vagabond Review

Vagabond

Dupont Circle

3.54

If merely the three mimosa options were on offer, we'd still have been satisfied, but the rum punch (served in a delightful frosted glass, to boot) takes Vagabond's selections to another level

Lyle's Review

Lyle's

Dupont Circle

3.07

Lyle's sits in a luxury hotel, and their brunch food is equally luxurious. The dishes are mostly your standard brunch fare, but just a little extra (tasty).

Sababa Review

Sababa

Cleveland Park

4.00

Potato latkes are an ideal conduit for benedicts, and every kebab option is succulent, but it's the collection of appetizers that truly makes the meal.

We're like the postmen. We brunch in rain, sleet, or snow
